One of CRC's core priorities is our mission to build the local running and walking community. It's why we offer so many different training programs. Before you check out these general training plans, we highly recommend that you check out the group training options offered through the CRC. That said, we understand that sometimes you just need a general blueprint for your own solo training - so you'll find general plans for 5k, 10k/quarter marathon, half marathon, and marathon here.
If you're looking for more in-depth assistance with your training, either check out the other training program options at CRC or stop by the shops to talk with our staff about your goals. However you choose to train - solo or with a group - good luck with the miles ahead!
