CRC Elite Qualifying Standards

Members of CRC Elite are ambassadors of our sport.  As such, they have to hit certain qualifying standards in order to earn their place on the team.  We’re looking for runners who are committed to their training and racing – but also to improving the local running community.

To be considered for a spot on the CRC Elite’s annual roster, runners must first hit one of the following minimum time standards within the past year:

WOMEN’S MINIMUM QUALIFYING STANDARDS

• 1500m: 4:55
• Mile: 5:15
• 3k: 10:30
• 5k: 18:30
• 8k: 30:30
• 10k: 38:25
• 10 Mile: 1:04:15
• Half Marathon: 1:25:30
• Marathon: 3:00:15

MEN’S MINIMUM QUALIFYING STANDARDS

• 1500m: 4:07
• Mile: 4:25
• 3k: 8:50
• 5k: 15:30
• 8k: 25:30
• 10k: 32:10
• 10 Mile: 53:50
• Half Marathon: 1:11:45
• Marathon: 2:31:00
