Walk & Run 101: Beginner Training Program
Walk & Run 101 is a two month program designed to get you started with a walk or run routine, with an eye towards finishing a 5K at the end of the season. First, we'll host an initial kick-off clinic where our coaches will lay out the training plan for you. There, we'll cover the basics of form, nutrition, hydration and more. After that, you'll receive weekly coaching emails and we'll be training weekly on Saturdays at 8:00am until race day.
