Group Run & Walk Schedule

The miles go by quickly when you're in good company. Come join us for a FREE group run or walk at one of our weekly events. Just show up a couple of minutes early and we'll introduce you to others around your pace. We typically draw a big mix of abilities, and participants in our training programs use these group runs & walks for their group workouts, too.

Believe us, we know how intimidating it can be to join in with a group for the first time. Runners & walkers make for a welcoming crowd though, and we'd love to have you join in the fun. Give us a shot for a few miles, and we'll see you again the next week! 

 

As you join us for a group run & walk, we do have several new rules in place for everyone's safety and peace of mind: 

  • SOCIAL DISTANCING: Within the larger group, please limit your running partners to pods of 10 or less.  All pods are to remain 6' apart.
  • OUTDOORS ONLY: All runs and walks will meet outdoors.  If a run begins from a CRC location, you are permitted to enter to use the restroom or to make a last minute GU purchase, but do not congregate indoors.  Masks are required to enter at any time, both before and after runs.
  • CHECK-IN (for weekend runs & walks): When you arrive, you'll need to check-in via our OneTap App.  It's quick and easy, and you can check it out here.  We'll have an A-frame sign in front of the CRC with the link so that you can quickly access the check-in page.
  • MASKS (for weekend runs & walks): As you arrive for a weekend long run, you must wear a mask until the run begins.  Masks may be removed once our brief announcements are over and we've begun moving.  Our speed workouts draw smaller, controlled crowds that get right into the runs, so no masking is currently required as you gather outdoors for these.  
  • BRING YOUR OWN HYDRATION: We've historically provided water jugs along group run routes, but there will be no communal food or drink for the time being.  Bring your own hydration.  CRC does offer multiple options, from handheld bottles to belts to full packs.
