Loyalty Rewards

As you shop at CRC, you'll earn points redeemable towards future purchases. Spend $200 at any CRC location over time and earn a $20 credit.

• Rewards are earned by shopping at any CRC location or online. They can also be redeemed at any location or online
• Rewards accumulate over any period of time and do not expire.
• If you've earned a $20 credit, it will be saved in your account in our store database. No need to carry any cards or certificates, so your dog won't be able to eat your rewards. 
• Starting a rewards account is simple. An account is created for you when you first shop at the CRC, whether that's online or in a shop. The account number is your phone number.
• Family members can be linked and awards will accumulate together.  Just use the same name and phone number online and in-store to remain linked. 
• Please note that race registrations are not linked to CRC rewards and training program registrations are not linked to CRC rewards.  All retail purchases ARE linked to CRC rewards. 

Have you shopped in our stores before and have an existing loyalty account? Would you like to access those rewards and shop online? You can! You will need to create a new online account on our website. When registering, simply use the same info as your current account - name, email, etc. Your new online account will automatically sync with your existing in-store account and you'll be all set!
