Returns

Our goal at the CRC is to make your next mile better than your last one. That means that we want you to be completely satisfied with your order.

Purchases from the CRC are returnable for exchange or refund within 30 days within the following guidelines: 

• REFUND OR EXCHANGE: Products must be returned in original, store-bought condition with all packaging and tags within 30 days of your original receipt date in order to receive an exchange or refund for the full value of your purchase.
• EXCHANGE: Any products that are returned in used or worn condition within 30 days of the original receipt date can be exchanged for another item or for a store credit.
• DEFECTIVES: Please contact us about any defective products for return or exchange.  All defective merchandise will be inspected to determine if the issue is a result of a manufacturer's defect, normal wear and tear, or misuse.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.  Gift cards and closeout items are not returnable.
• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
