The Columbus Running Company Training Program is designed to give you access to a personal coach and provide the surroundings to help you achieve your running and walking goals. Whether you are training for a specific event, distance, or just to be active, we can help. Our programs are split into two categories:
A six to ten week program depending on your
level of experience and the date of your event.
A twelve to eighteen week program depending on
your level of experience and the date of your event.
Program benefits include:
- Custom weekly workout schedule - Your personal coach will devise a weekly schedule according to the nature and timing of your event.
- Informative handouts/tips - Running is our lifestyle and we keep up to date on the latest related information, all of which we hope to pass on to others.
- 10% discount at the Columbus Running Co. - Good during the duration of the plan, incase you need to get geared up while heading towards the goal!
- Group runs/Social opportunities - Meet other runners at your level. By surrounding yourself with people who share common goals you help to achieve your own. It's also a good way to make friends!Our store group runs are always open to anyone. It's not a must, but encouraged!
Each program with all the above benefits are only $20, no matter the length of the program. We do offer Group Discounts of $5 off per person for groups of two or more - for those who have a friend or training partner, a company training group, etc. After all, it's easier when someone is training right along with you!
