December 2009 Tat of the Month

Blake Wysocki - Shawnee State Harrier, Portsmouth, OH

Blake keeps it simple for us. Now a sophomore athlete at Shawnee State University, he actually got his tattoo in high school while attending St. John's Jesuit in Toledo. It reads 'Citius Altius Fortius' which translates to 'Faster, Higher, Stonger'.

"I got it because I believe those are great words to live by and has strong meaning," wrote Blake.  We see your point. Blake has proven it on the XC course this past season as well, as Shawnee State looked strong all year climbing the ranks and finishing 4th at the NAIA National Championships. That's the best in school history. Congrats to the team!
