Come out and join us
for the “Run for Spaghetti” 5K Run and 2 mile walk to benefit Lower Lights
Christian Health Center(LLCHC)
*KIDS RUN- The
Kid's Run for Spaghetti! Just before the start of the 5k will be
a short run for the youngsters 8 and under, presented by the
Goddard School.
Founded in 2002 by
Dr. Dana Vallangeon, M.D., LLCHC is a community-based,
non-profit organization dedicated to making a difference in a
medically underserved area by seeking to minister the love of
Christ through providing high quality health care to all who
need it regardless of ability to pay.
Event Information
Directions:
From I-71, exit on Main St. and head West. The park will be
ahead.
From I-70, exit at Front St. and make your way North. Take a
left on Main St. The park will be ahead.
Race Awards:
Cash to top 3 overall 5k male and
female - $100, $50, $25. Top age group finishers receive a
very useful award- 19&U, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+
Random drawings for cool giveaways as well.
Course Info:
A fast, flat course that starts in the park. You'll head onto
2nd St followed by a right onto Main St. On main you'll enter
the bike path and follow until Whittier. You'll then take a left
onto Whittier, eventually joining the bike path again. Enter
onto Main St, and finish the way you started.
Registration Information
Entry fee for 5k and 2 mile walk:
$12.00 pre-registered, no shirt.
$22.00 pre-registered, with tech. shirt
$18.00 race day, no shirt
$28 race day, with tech. shirt. (shirt not guaranteed to be in
stock still)
You may also walk the 5k.
