Bio:

I won the fourth grade mile in 7 minutes and change. I even practiced for it. I recall biking twice for 15 minutes each time the week before. However, I didn't really get my start in running until trying to do both XC and club soccer in 7th grade and mostly warming the bench in soccer. Of course I'd been doing a lot of bench warming in soccer for years by that point. From there on out I was a runner through and through.

I am not a tall man but I have a stride so long and quick I once ran over the Ohio River in the blink of an eye like it was the gutter run-off from your grandma's house.
