Joe Eby - 24 years old, Ohio Native

Joe's sweet art spans two body parts and three different locations- two sides of the ankle and the thigh. The outside of his right ankle shows 4 figures, each representing a qualification and trip to the D3 national meet in college. The darker figure stands out because that trip ended with an All-American certificate. Joe loves the mountains and training in them, so what better place to put them than on the ankle. The winged foot is the traditional track and field symbol, and he's earned the flames- recently winning the national USATF club championships in the 1500 and running a PR of 3:45 in the 1500.
