The goal of the Here's Looking at You Kid event is to raise funds for the Children's Glaucoma Foundation and to put on a fantastic community event. The event was founded by the Dublin Coffman Teen Institute, in an effort to support Coffman's principal Tracey Miller and his son, race chairman Brian Miller- who suffers from glaucoma. It is also a great learning experience for the students who pull the strings behind the event. Logistics of the event are done for no charge through the Columbus Running Company Charity Fund.
