The 5k course begins near the intersection of Coffman Rd, Tara Hill Dr, and the north entrance into the high school. Proceeding south from the gun, runners and walkers will make a wide left turn onto Emerald Parkway- staying to the right (south) of the median. Runners and walkers will head down the hill, accompanied by on course bands, until the intersection of Dublin Rd. Enjoy this first part.
At Dublin Rd. runners and walkers will make a wide 180 turn around the median and begin to head up the right side (north) of Emerald Parkway. The true warriors will be separated from the rest here- unless your saving energy for the final half mile of the race. Once up Emerald Parkway, runners and walkers will turn right onto Coffman Rd. They will then proceed right again into the north entrance of the Stadium Parking Lot. Runners will curve around the lot and onto the path that leads behind the west grandstand and onto the track. The final 150 meters of the event will be a clockwise sprint to the finish on the track.

Two water stations and a medical area will be located on the course. On course entertainment provided by the Dublin Coffman High School Marching Band, pep band, and jazz bands. Rock bands will be playing at the finish.

Spectators: Spectators have a couple options. You can line the path along Emerald Parkway and see the runners pass, then make your way through the athletic fields to the finish on the track. Or, after watching the start, nearly the entire course is visible from the stadium grandstand. Watch your family and friend's race unfold from start to finish and welcome them back with a roar!
