2008 Photos!
Join us for the 4th Annual distance running
camp next summer! High school students, grades 9-12. Administered by top U.S. distance runners and CRC staff. (Note pictures below) Focus on different types of training runs, racing tactics, running form, mental preparation, running history, team running, nutrition, foreign running, and much more! Jump-start the upcoming season! * The CRC XC Distance Running Camp is a four day camp. The camp will run from 8:30 am until approximately 12:30pm. The fourth day will be a fast and fun cross country style race- expect some 'European' surprises! * This is a coed camp. We encourage all abilities, from state champions to beginners to come out. Everyone will have a lot to learn. * The cost of the camp for the week is $45. All campers receive a pair of Mizuno running shorts. You may also purchase a camp shirt for an extra $10. * Each athlete in the camp will be provided refreshments after their run in the morning- the best time to digest nutrients! Each camper will also receive a free pair of Mizuno running shorts - our personal favorites. We are tired of seeing everyone running around in their basketball shorts! Trust us, once you switch over, you'll never go back!
