The Grasshoppers - Youth Running Club
Camps available in both Dublin and Westerville
We believe that running can change lives. Habits set in our childhood years - good or bad - can have a
major impact for years to come. With that idea in mind, the Grasshoppers youth running club is here to
help get your kids hooked on a healthy lifestyle. We’re here to run, have fun, and even hop into a race or two.
The Grasshoppers is the youth offshoot of the Cbus Pacers, an adult running club sponsored by the Columbus Running Company. With the Grasshoppers, your child will receive:
- Personalized guidance from our coaching staff
- Eight weeks of training with the club
- Membership into USA Track & Field
- A Grasshoppers club singlet
- Awards & recognition
- Entry into pre-scheduled club races
This year’s club season will begin the week of June 10th and will conclude with an awards picnic on in early August. In between those
dates, we’ll be meeting twice a week from 5:30-6:30pm at either Dublin Scioto High School or Westerville Central High School, depending on
your location. We’ll also be taking part in races like the CRC Mile Dash and the IGS Energy Dublin Irish Festival 5k / Kid’s Run. Please use

Cost of taking part in the Grasshoppers is $175. A second child from the same family is $150. Thanks to the
Columbus Running Company Charity Fund,
there are a select number of scholarships available to defray the club costs for a member.
