At the Columbus Running Company’s annual XC camp, we focus on preparing for the
fall season while having fun & learning how to get the most out of our sport.
The four day camp runs from Monday through Thursday, 8:30am-12:30pm each day.
We meet at the Columbus Running Company in Dublin before then heading out on the bike
paths for our runs. You can expect a whole lot more too.
This is not a cookie-cutter camp. Instead, we focus on tailoring the mileage for the week to each individual,
as everyone comes from teams with a different focus. Camp is co-ed and open to anyone from 8th grade to 12th grade.
Our camp is led by Eric Fruth, a USATF-certified coach and writer for Running Times magazine, and councillors
include current & former collegiate runners. Snacks & drinks are provided each day, but we recommend that campers
bring a water bottle of their own as well. We’ll be carboloading on Wed, so bring your appetite!
Costs are $55 for the camp, and that price includes a pair of running shorts. For an additional $10, campers
will receive a camp tshirt as well.
