At our B.Y.O.B. clinic, we will take a look at your running form in action, talk to you about what we see, and give you tips on how you can improve your form and stay on track to acheive your goals. No "magic bullets", no generic strategies or over-simplifying. We will watch how you run to give you personalized strategies and advice to help you improve performance and stay injury free. All this so you can still Be Yourself, Only Better.
The beauty of the running community is that we don't discrimminate. Runners come in all shapes and sizes. We have different backgrounds, speeds, and long-term goals. Yet we are united in the fight to stay injury free! So, how do we stay injury free? While friends, running buddies, and experts in the field may have ideas that work for them, an effective injury prevention strategy is--and should be--as unique as you are. If you've ever had questions regarding 'how to run properly' or how to run with greater efficiency, then this clinic is for you.

Please wear running clothes, or at least non-restrictive attire. And, of course, don't forget your running shoes! We'll be going for a brief run of a minute or two in order to take video of your running form, so be ready for a short jog at the start of the clinic.
