Looking to finish your first 5k? Shooting for a weight loss goal? Just want more direction
in your workout and nutrition plan? Fuel for the Long Run is your opportunity to learn about healthy eating strategies
and creating a balance between nutrition & physical activity. We hope you reach some
personal goals along the way!
This program is led by a registered dietician and accomplished coach. Click here for more info on Stephanie, your instructor. Pick and choose which sessions you'd like to attend. Topics and individual registration links are listed below. You can do anything that you set your mind to, and we're here to help you reach your personal goals.

Each individual session is $10 and will run from 6:30pm - 7:15pm.
